Paul Phipps, President of Lake Norman Signature Homes, creates luxury homes with an unparalleled distinction in elegance, detail and design. He has worked in the field of home building for over 20 years. As a member of the National Association of Home Builders, he is an established local builder, constructing five to six luxurious, custom-designed homes a year.
A native of north Mecklenburg County, his own area roots run deep. Paul followed in his father's footsteps, learning quality building from the ground up. He grew up loving to see a home start from the first nail driven to completion. A deeply committed family man, he sees his own son, and perhaps his daughter, continuing the family tradition.
Lesser known by the business world, Paul is a devoted humanitarian. He works diligently with the Boy Scouts of America and recently returned from a mission trip to Guatemala where he helped build an orphanage for needy orphans.
Lake Norman Signature Homes is also a team effort between husband and wife. Rhonda Phipps, owner and interior designer of Design Perception, and Paul have worked together since 1981. Rhonda proudly designed one of the HomeArama homes in 1997 at the Peninsula community at Lake Norman. Their expertise in creating spectacular homes has attracted new homeowners to Lake Norman and the surrounding area on an international as well as local level.
